Collaborative Advantage
Abstract
Apparently collaboration has become one of the management challenges for the next 15 years. Especially important seems to be the application of collaboration to co-creation and innovation. But the subject remains as something intuitive. Many disciplines do research about collaboration but there are not sound methods to make collaboration work from a management point of view. This paper presents an incipient research experiment to integrate knowledge about collaboration in order to produce practical methods to foster collaboration within STPs (Science ant Technology Parks) firm residents.
